Tour Design Options

Private Tours.
Customized for your unique requirements, which could include none or all of the itineraries of the shared tours, at your pace and timing. For a group of five or more, this is the better option financially, with the added advantage of great flexibility. Changes to intended itinerary can even be made en-route.

Price of private tours for up to 7 guests per microbus includes vehicle, fuel and driver/guide. All other costs are excluded.

Shared tours.
Shared tours are operated with a minimum of three full-fare paying guests and could include guests from different parties. Designed to specific timetables and itineraries, they ensure optimum use of available time and visits to worthwhile places of interest.

DIY-tours.
You may have already designed your own tour, and now need the services of a driver/guide for a day excursion or longer, or even for an overland tour or safari. Please use the online booking facility to indicate your requirements.

Special Interest Tours

We would be delighted to help you design your own safari or combination of excursions to suit your particular interests. Please refer to the Special Interest page, or use the on-line booking facility.

Vehicles

Small groups ( 1 to 7 guests)
Tours are conducted in luxury air-conditioned Volkswagen microbuses with valid carrier permits and fitted with microphones for the driver/guide. Each vehicle has comfortable seating for up to 7 guests, and carries substantial passenger liability insurance.

Larger groups ( 8 guests or more)
Two or more Volkswagen microbuses are utilized and travel together.

Larger luxury coaches are available for groups who prefer to travel in one vehicle.

Language Options

Although tours are conducted in either English or Afrikaans, we have negotiated the services of carefully selected guides to cater for most other language requirements. Please use the on-line booking facility to indicate your requirement

Accommodation Options

Where possible, accommodation is arranged in establishments of three-star plus grading, Also, where possible, clients can opt to upgrade or downgrade their particular accommodation requirement.

Chauffeur Services and Airport Transfers

Chauffeur services are offered for local as well as overland trips throughout Southern Africa. Please use the on-line booking facility to state your requirement. We also offer dinner transfers and airport transfers.
